Office Administrator
This firm was first established as a staffing resource and recently the software sales portion of the company has become 15-20% of their revenue per year and climbing! They have two main focuses of developed clientele in the Maryland and Virginia areas.
* Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
* Coordinate project deliverables
* Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking (light experience required)
* Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
* Provide administrative support for operations team
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
