Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking two (2) Aircraft Mechanic II (Sheet Metal) employees to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.
Summary:**Seeking trained sheet metal mechanic. Trained and qualified as per AR 95-20 to perform Mil-Std maintenance support work. Airframe & Powerplant (A&P;) license is preferred. Process work orders, parts requests using the Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-AE) system. Abide by State and Federal Hazardous Communications programs. Participate in fall prevention, confined space, and OSHA-safety awareness programs. Use computer / electronic devices to access pertinent websites; IETM, LIW, LOGSA, JTDI, and timekeeping site. Mitigate risks by completing Deliberate Risk Work Sheet (DRAWS), Composite Risk Mitigation (CRM) worksheet assessments. Some travel and overtime may be required. Participate in recurrency training and complete mandatory training on-time. Comply with all maintenance procedures and the Ground Operations Procedures (GOP). Provide aviation maintenance supported customers with safe, mission-ready aircraft. **
Requirements:**- High School Diploma or equivalent
* 5 years of relevant experience.

* Medical physical required to operate powered aviation ground support equipment.
* Present accredited aviation maintenance training certificates or a military DD Form 214 with pertinentcoursework.
* Have a valid state driver's license to operate US Government vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred but not required.
* Read, understand engineering drawings, interpret drawings, initiate innovative repair processes, update drawings, compile listing of consumables and
form, shape, and fabricate aircraft stringers, bulkheads, access panels, doubles, inspection plates, box-beams, LRUs, and fairings/cowlings for fuselage
applications on AH64 L6 legacy trainers.
* Perform aircraft sheetmetal repair layouts, prepare various aircraft metal/composite surfaces.
* Initiate rivet pitch patterns, review drawings, and apply various airframe repairs that also incorporate various glues, resins, fiberglass, epoxy, pro-seal
and/or other chemically reactive consumables as per applicable Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM's) on CH47 - AH64 - UH60 aircraft.
* Must comply with state, federal and Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) Fort Eustis, VA Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ), and
HAZCOM/HAZMAT Environmental Management Procedures (EMPs).
* Use, maintain all assigned special tooling, equipment that supports field and sustainment sheet-metal back-shop repair on government, customer
supported aircraft.
* Perform airframe repairs on flyable, trainer aircraft error free.
* Hold close tolerances, heat treat, use powered shearing machines, electric band-saw, powered drills, palm sanders, and various air tools.
* Shape the outcome of a favorable airframe repair by wisely; planning your time, layout rivet pitch patterns, selecting the correct hardware, selecting
pertinent consumables, identifying the correct tooling and implementing methodologies in a safe manner at all times.
