# Position Information

Job Description
Paul D. Camp Community College is seeking a customer focused and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide daily front office coverage and support our TRIO-Student Support Services department.
Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner and delivering phone messages. Maintains student files for all students. Maintains student database (SIS and Student Access). Collects data on project services and creates reports.
Maintains necessary data for end-of-year reports (Annual Performance Report).
Reviews and up-dates forms, documents and records for accuracy. Composes routine correspondences. Provides administrative support to director and staff as needed. Other duties as requested by director.
## Minimum Qualifications
At least one year of administrative experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point). Experience with maintaining files. Desire to work with and the ability to relate to a diverse population. Commitment to the philosophy of the comprehensive community college.
## Special Requirements
Not to exceed 29 hours per week
This position is located in Paul D. Camp's Franklin Campus.
